The Holiday Season
The holidays are upon us and with that comes get togethers with family and friends. This is the time we bring out our best recipes and kiss goodbye to the diet if we were on one! It is a season of festive decorations and hustle and bustle as we all try to prepare for each of the holidays. In all of the effort to try and make these occasions perfect remember to make time to relax and actually enjoy your family and pets.
We also want to take this opportunity to truly wish all of you our clients, a happy and safe holiday season! It is an honor to provide your pets medical care through the years.
If we haven't seen you yet this year, remember that one year for us is five to seven years of your pets life and so their annual exam is the one opportunity we have all year (their 5-7 years) to ensure that they continue to live a healthy life. It is also the key occasion to catch any changes to your pet's health early. Schedule your pet's annual exam, it is your commitment to their quality of life.
Keeping your pets safe during the holidays..
Sometimes it is hard to look at our pets longing faces when we are about to sit down to a table laden with a holiday feast. Although our pets would love to have some of the meal, (who wouldn't) we recommend giving them a tasty treat of their own. Avoid skins, bones or other foods high in fat, instead pick up a special holiday treat like canned food or biscuits that your pet can safely enjoy.
